Establishes a grant program to support businesses affected by road construction in Minnesota.

The bill creates a road construction business mitigation grant program to provide financial assistance to businesses negatively impacted by transportation construction projects. The program requires the commissioner of employment and economic development to award grants to local organizations for distribution to qualified businesses.
