The bill amends Minnesota Statutes to restrict access by facility patients or clients to certain personnel data on employees of secure treatment facilities. Specifically, it prohibits the disclosure of data such as the location of an employee during nonwork hours, the location of an employee's immediate family members, previous education or training locations, prior employment places, and payroll timesheets or other comparable data that may disclose future work assignments, home address, or telephone number.
