Minnesota HF466 provides $7.3 million from bond proceeds to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Scott County. This funding will be used to acquire property, predesign, design, and construct approximately 4.3 miles of the Louisville Segment of the Merriam Junction Regional Trail, extending from the Louisville Swamp Trailhead in Louisville Township to the Big Woods Trail in Shakopee. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $7.3 million to provide the appropriated funds.
