Minnesota HF4659 prohibits the state and municipalities from entering into nondisclosure agreements that restrict disclosure of information about land development, economic development projects, or projects financed with tax revenues. Any such agreements are void and unenforceable, and must be severed from other contract provisions. The state and municipalities must publicly disclose any contracts that violate these provisions. This law takes effect the day following final enactment.
