Minnesota HF4641 amends state statutes to authorize a county agency to negotiate a supplemental rate for up to 29 beds for housing support providers in Washington County. This supplemental rate, not to exceed $1,028 per month, applies to facilities providing room and board and supplementary services to adults with mental illness, substance use disorder, co-occurring conditions, or housing instability.
