Minnesota HF464 amends the state statutes to mandate that health plan companies and county-based purchasing plans providing prescription drug coverage in the medical assistance program must pay a dispensing fee. The bill also allows the commissioner to modify coverage for prescription drugs in prepaid managed care contracts to increase savings by collecting additional prescription drug rebates.
