Minnesota HF458 allocates $3,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Henderson. This funding is intended for the design and construction of a new water treatment facility and its connection to the existing well and water distribution system. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
