This bill amends Minnesota law to increase the outdoor cultivation limit for cannabis microbusinesses from 1.13 of plant canopy to up to one-half one acre of mature, flowering plants. The office may adjust this limit upward or downward to meet market demand, but it must not be less than one-half one acre. The bill also establishes a manufacturing limit for cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products.
