Eliminates statutory appropriation of the pollinator account and repeals the lawns to legumes grant program.

Amends Minnesota Statutes to eliminate the statutory appropriation of the pollinator account and repeals the lawns to legumes grant program. The pollinator account, previously funded by statutory appropriation, will no longer receive such funding. Additionally, the grant program that provided financial and technical assistance to plant residential landscapes and community spaces with native vegetation and pollinator-friendly forbs and legumes is repealed. This change is effective July 1, 2025.
