Minnesota HF4355 amends the reimbursement rates for high-intensity residential substance use disorder services. Effective January 1, 2027, the base payment rate for these services will be 130 percent of the base rate. The commissioner must implement these rates for substance use disorder treatment services under section 254B.0509, subdivision 1.
