Minnesota HF432 allocates $8,000,000 from the general fund for the Progress Parkway project in Eveleth. The funds will be used by the commissioner of transportation for grants to St. Louis County to cover predesign, design, engineering, environmental analysis, land acquisition, construction, and reconstruction.
