The bill allows the city of Brainerd to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Northern Pacific Center. The license permits sales on all days of the week to persons attending events at the center, and may be issued for a space that is not compact and contiguous, provided that the premises are described in the approved license. This authorization is subject to approval by the Brainerd City Council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
