The bill expands the authority of hospital districts in Minnesota to support additional health care services and providers. It allows hospital districts to enter into agreements to provide financial or in-kind support to licensed health care providers and facilities, including primary care clinics, behavioral and mental health providers, dental clinics, home health agencies, urgent care centers, and community-based health service organizations.
