Allows lessor employees to play pull-tab games when off duty.
This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to allow employees of organizations conducting pull-tab games to participate in those games when they are off duty. Previously, employees involved in the conduct of lawful gambling could not participate as players during their shift. The restriction now only applies when the employee is on duty. This change does not affect volunteers or employees involved in other types of gambling.
