Minnesota HF4146 provides the commissioner of natural resources with temporary authority to store drill cores at locations other than the drill core library when space is limited. The commissioner may limit or prohibit access to these drill cores to protect public safety and prevent damage. This temporary measure expires on June 30, 2029.
