Minnesota HF4085 creates a biofuel sales volume incentive program to provide financial incentives to retail gasoline stations for sales of eligible biofuel blends. The commissioner of agriculture must establish and apply for incentive payments, including the volume of eligible biofuel blend sold, fuel sales records, and additional information. Payments are five cents per gallon, up to $50,000 per year. A station must be located in Minnesota, not be a fleet operator, and not have sold eligible biofuel blend before January 1, 2028.
