Minnesota HF3685 establishes a high school diploma for armed forces veterans who did not complete high school. The diploma is awarded based on knowledge and experience gained while in service. The diploma can be awarded for service in the Korean Conflict, Vietnam War, or for leaving school to serve on active duty.
