Modifies exemption criteria for bulk delivery of nonoxygenated gasoline in Minnesota.

This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to modify the exemption criteria for bulk fuel delivery of nonoxygenated gasoline. Specifically, it allows for the exemption if the delivery is 500 gallons or less and is made directly into an exempt vehicle's fuel tank or a bulk tank on the premises. The gasoline must be for use in vehicles that qualify for an exemption under subdivision 12, paragraph (a).
