Minnesota HF3475 amends the per diem compensation for officers of the Agricultural Education Leadership Council and directors of the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute. Officers of the council who are not members of the House of Representatives or Senate will be compensated at the rate of $125 per day, subject to approval by the council. Directors of the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute may receive per diem compensation as provided in section 15.0575, subdivision 15. This change is effective July 1, 2027.
