Minnesota HF3224 allocates $25,000,000 from bond proceeds for the acquisition, predesign, design, site preparation, construction, furnishing, and equipping of new Direct Care and Treatment facilities in Carlton County. The commissioner of administration will use any remaining funds for asset preservation improvements and capital betterments at Direct Care and Treatment facilities statewide. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $25,000,000 to fund these projects.
