The commissioner of health must establish and administer this program. To be eligible, entities must have matching funds from nonstate sources equal to at least 25 percent of the grant amount sought. Mobile clinics must provide free physicals to uninsured students and include screenings for cardiac, respiratory, blood pressure, musculoskeletal, family medical history, and mental health.
