Minnesota HF3016 provides $3,000,000 for Guns Down Love Up, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to acquire an existing facility or construct a new one in Hennepin or Ramsey County. The funds will be used for programming and administrative space for nonprofit organizations. If an existing facility is not available, the funds can be used to acquire property and build a new facility. This appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
