Amends Minnesota Statutes to require disclosure of complaints initiated by the executive director of the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land.
The bill amends Minnesota Statutes to require that when a complaint is initiated or submitted by the executive director of the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design, the fact that the complaint was initiated or submitted by the executive director must be disclosed to the board and the subject of the complaint. Any documents related to the complaint must also be provided to the person who is the subject of the complaint. This change applies to complaints submitted or initiated on or after the effective date of the bill.
