Minnesota HF2652 provides $11 million in fiscal year 2026 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to Minnesota Independence College and Community. The funds will be used to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a facility in Richfield to offer education and training services and programming for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as staff administrative space. This appropriation remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
