Minnesota HF2368 allocates $4.5 million from the general fund for the YMCA of the North to design, construct, furnish, and equip a Child and Family Wellbeing Center of Excellence in the Hamline-Midway neighborhood of St. Paul. This onetime appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
