Minnesota HF227 allocates $825,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for the reconstruction of the driver training track at Dakota County Technical College. The bill also authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $825,000 to fund this project, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7. This appropriation becomes effective the day following final enactment.
