Minnesota HF223 allocates $8,000,000 from bond proceeds for capital improvements at the Apple Valley Sports Arena. The funds will be used for upgrades to administrative offices, public lobby areas, public restrooms, locker rooms for community and high school student use, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, energy efficiency, and safety and security systems. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $8,000,000 to finance these improvements.
