Minnesota HF209 allocates $3,000,000 for capital improvements to the Brown's Creek State Trail. The funds will be used to construct a trail connection from County State-Aid Highway 5 to the trail and to improve an overlook and viewing area of the historic Point Douglas-Saint Louis River Road Bridge. The money will come from the sale and issuance of state bonds, up to $3,000,000, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the state Constitution.
