Minnesota HF2050 establishes a temporary nursing facility rate add-on of $12.35 per resident day, effective July 1, 2025. This rate add-on applies to nursing facilities reimbursed under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256R. The temporary increase will expire on June 30, 2026. The commissioner of human services will implement this change and notify the revisor of statutes upon federal approval.
