Minnesota HF1910 amends the state statutes to change the vice-chair of the Legislative Coordinating Commission. The vice-chair will alternate between the senate and house of representatives every two years. The chair of the commission will alternate between the president of the senate and the speaker of the house at the start of each odd-numbered year's regular legislative session. When not serving as chair, the president of the senate or the speaker of the house will serve as vice-chair.
