The bill allows the city of Minneapolis to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for a licensee serving as an anchor tenant for a food hall at 501 30th Avenue Southeast. The license permits service and consumption anywhere within the licensee establishment and the larger food hall, subject to city approval and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.
