Delays prohibition on lead solder in products until January 1, 2028.

Amends Minnesota Statutes to delay prohibitions on products containing lead solder until January 1, 2028. Prohibits importing, manufacturing, selling, or distributing products with lead over 0.009 percent or cadmium over 0.0075 percent. Exempts products with internal circuit boards using lead solder until January 1, 2028. Manufacturers of exempted key fobs must report to the Pollution Control Agency every six months on compliance barriers, progress, and timelines.
