Establishes worker safety requirement for access to automatic external defibrillators and trained operators at warehouse distribution centers.

Requires employers at warehouse distribution centers with 250 or more employees at a single center or 1,000 or more employees at multiple centers to provide access to automatic external defibrillators and ensure employees can be reached within 2.5 minutes by someone with current AED training certification. Employers must maintain training records and ensure employees can access AEDs in emergencies. Effective January 1, 2026.
