Minnesota HF1820 allocates $40,000,000 from bond proceeds for constructing, furnishing, and equipping a new hospital facility in Mahnomen. The commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $40,000,000, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675.
