Minnesota HF1805 increases residential substance use disorder treatment provider rates by 50% for certain services starting July 1, 2025.

Minnesota HF1805 amends the state statutes to increase payment rates for specific residential substance use disorder services by 50% for providers meeting certain requirements. The increase applies to services listed in section 254B.05, subdivision 5, paragraph (b), clauses (1), (6), (8), (9), and (10), provided on or after July 1, 2025. The new rates will be 50% higher than those in effect on January 1, 2025.
