Minnesota amends its sales and use tax laws to expand the exemption for certain baby products. This includes breast pumps, baby bottles, nipples, pacifiers, teething rings, infant syringes, baby wipes, cribs, bassinets, mattresses, sheets, changing tables, pads, strollers, car seats, bases, swings, sterilizers, and eating utensils. This change takes effect for sales and purchases made after June 30, 2025.
