Minnesota HF1599 provides $3,000,000 from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for the preliminary design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection of Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120 in North St. Paul and Oakdale. This funding is a one-time appropriation and will remain available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
