Minnesota HF1515 amends state statutes to require school districts to assist students by no later than grade 9 in developing personal learning plans. These plans must include targeted interventions and supports to help students make progress toward graduation. The plans should reflect each student's unique talents, skills, and abilities. They must also include career and college readiness goals, academic rigor, and high expectations. Students not meeting academic standards will receive additional support. The plans must be reviewed and revised annually. Effective July 1, 2025.
