Allocates $1,058,200 from the general fund for capital improvements at the Great Lakes Aquarium in Duluth. The funds will be used for predesign, design, construction, and renovation projects, including major upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and water treatment systems, utility systems, life-safety improvements, and exterior improvements to the building envelope, parking, and grounds. The appropriation is onetime and available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
