Minnesota HF1425 prohibits the sale of state-owned land wholly or partially located in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. The bill defines "state-owned land" as land for which the school trust interest was extinguished through condemnation, university lands granted to the state by acts of Congress, and all other lands acquired by the state in any manner and under the control of the commissioner of natural resources. The bill repeals Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 92.82.
