Beginning July 1, 2025, a county agency must negotiate a supplementary services rate for up to 53 beds, not exceeding $750 per month, for a housing support provider in Winona County. This rate is in addition to the monthly room and board rate and includes any legislatively authorized inflationary adjustments.
