Authorizes roadside signage for automatic external defibrillators in qualifying locations in Minnesota.

The bill allows locations or businesses with registered outdoor public access automatic external defibrillators to request signage from relevant road authorities. The signage must be placed within 200 to 300 feet of an intersection or 800 to 1,600 feet of a service sign. The signage must use the universal symbol for an automatic external defibrillator and follow best practices for placement. The commissioner of transportation must develop appropriate text and signage by September 1, 2025.
