Minnesota HF1259 appropriates $350,000 annually for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to the Minnesota FFA for art- and history-related activities. Funds may be used to document the 100-year history of leadership, agricultural education, and community service through a history book, video series, and arts event. Additional funds can support activities like national and state FFA band and choir, talent competitions, floriculture, and state fair landscape booths. The commissioner of agriculture will develop grant criteria and guidance.
