Minnesota HF1244 allocates $950,000 from bond proceeds to the city of Minneapolis for capital improvements at the MacPhail Center for Music. The funds will be used to replace or upgrade HVAC, water heating, and other mechanical systems, lighting, sidewalks, and other building and site improvements. The appropriation is subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.695. The state will issue bonds up to $950,000 to provide the necessary funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
