Relieves Lake of the Woods County from managing the Old Williams School site and assigns this responsibility to the commissioner of natural resources. Requires the commissioner to consult with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and submit a report by February 1, 2026. This change takes effect the day after final enactment.
