This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to establish the state fire marshal account in the special revenue fund. It appropriates money to this account, which is used for the administration of fire safety programs. Money collected from fees, penalties, gifts, grants, reimbursements, or appropriations is deposited in the state treasury and credited to the general fund.
