Amends the Standing Rules of the Senate to revise the composition and election of standing committees and Senate officers.

This bill amends the Standing Rules of the Senate to redefine the composition and election process for standing committees and Senate officers. It specifies the number of members for each committee and establishes the election process for Senate officers at the beginning of each quadrennium. The majority and minority parties will elect their respective leaders and assistants during organizational caucuses. All officers will serve at the pleasure of their respective party caucuses.
