Modifies Michigan's primary election process and university board appointments.

This bill amends the Michigan state constitution to change the nomination process for the secretary of state and attorney general, introducing primary elections for these positions starting January 1, 2027. It also alters the appointment process for the governing boards of the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Wayne State University, requiring gubernatorial appointments with the advice and consent of the senate, effective January 1, 2027.
