Amends Michigan state constitution to make civil rights protections gender-neutral and remove references to marriage.

This bill amends the Michigan state constitution to eliminate gender-specific language in civil rights protections and remove references to marriage. It repeals the section defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman and amends the section abolishing coverture disabilities to make it gender-neutral. The changes will be subject to a vote at the next general election.
