Amends Michigan state constitution to limit regular legislative sessions to 90 days starting in 2027.

Amends section 13 of article IV of the Michigan state constitution to change the duration of regular legislative sessions. Beginning in 2027, the legislature will meet for no more than 90 consecutive days each year. This change applies to regular sessions and excludes extraordinary occasions. The amendment will be presented to voters in the next general election.
